Job Title: Client Service Representation Specialist
Location: Cebu City or Mandaluyong City
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)
Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Document Collection & Review;

    Gather and organize client financial info (paystubs, bank statements, expense information). Conduct structured calls, send emails and texts to follow up on information needed.
  • IRS Form & File Prep;

    Review IRS transcripts, draft forms (433 A/D, CDP, TAS), and fax communication.

    -Database Management;

    Log notes, deadlines, and follow-ups. Update financials and balance info to keep workflows current.

    -Client Communication;

    Respond within 24 business hours; recap calls via email and system notes. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration & Coverage

    Coordinate with case specialists, cover peers when needed, and share best practices.

    ABOUT YOU:

    Excellent Attention to Detail

    Fluent English- this will be a client facing position

    1-3 years of financial services, banking, accounting, customer service, or equivalent

    MS office programs
